Organizational changes can have an impact on the performance of the organization or individuals within the organization. The research aims to analyze the influence of organizational change factors on employee performance and to find out the factors that most influence the employee performance of the Research and Development Center Banjarnegara. This study is quantitative, of the explanatory variety, and relies on a questionnaire for data collection. The entire population, or the 45 civil servants at the Banjarnegara Research and Development Center, was the sample for this study. SPSS 20 was utilized for data analysis, and correlation and regression tests were used. The research results show that organizational change factors consisting of structure, technology, physical arrangement and employees have influenced employee performance with an R square value of 0.531. This means that 53.1% of employee performance is influenced by organizational change factors. Partially, only organizational structure factors influence employee performance. Therefore, it is necessary to reorganize the duties and functions of each employee suitable to the duties and functions of the new organizational structure.

Dementia makes the quality of life reduced so it needs efforts to prevent and treat dementia. Handling is carried out comprehensively, so there is a need for informal caregiver capacity building in community-based dementia care. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of dementia care class on attitudes in community-based dementia care. The study design used pre-experiment with pre and post-test types with the control group. This research was conducted in the Kaliwungu and Dawe Health Center, Kudus Regency from October 2022 to April 2023. The study sample was 24 informal caregivers for each intervention and control group through purposive sampling techniques. The research instrument used the Alzheimer's Disease Knowledge Scale (ADKS) and the Dementia Care Attitude Scale (DCAS). Data analysis using Mann Whitney. The results showed that there was an influence of dementia care class on informal caregiver attitudes in community-based dementia care with a value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). These learning models and media can be integrated into elderly posyandu and elderly health programs in health care facilities in community-based dementia management.

Land use in this area is dominated by forest areas and dry agricultural land. Reduced vegetation due to misuse of space and resources is a problem that causes geological and hydrological disasters in these mountains and the areas below them. This study aims to determine changes and condition of vegetation area in the North Kendeng Mountains in Pati Regency. The method used to determine the density of vegetation in this study is based on the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) analysis using Sentinel-2A imagery recording in 2017 and 2022. Vegetation conditions are divided into dense, fairly dense, non-dense, non-vegetative, and water/cloud vegetation classifications. Based on the results of image processing, the dense vegetation class did not experience the highest increase in area of 359.68 hectares. The highest decrease in area was found in the fairly dense vegetation class with an area of 243.34 hectares. The decrease in vegetation class decreased by 175.12 hectares. The non-vegetation class increased by 58.51 hectares and the body of water/cloud area increased by 0.27 hectares. The results of the research on the case of land use change in the North Kendeng Mountains in Pati Regency.

The role of agricultural instructors was to influence farmers to change their knowledge, skills, and attitudes. The research aimed to analyze the influence of the role of agricultural instructors on coffee farmers' knowledge of SOPs for organic coffee cultivation. The research was conducted in February-April 2023. The research used a quantitative-descriptive method. The location was determined purposively. The sampling used quota sampling, with a total sample of 143. The data were collected by using interviews and observation. The analysis used multiple linear regression OLSs. The results showed that farmers' knowledge of SOP for organic coffee cultivation obtained a percentage of 64%, which was in the high category. The role of agricultural instructors as facilitators, educators, motivators, and communicators obtained percentages of 66%, 64%, 66%, and 71%, which were in the high category. The results of the regression analysis partially stated that the role of agriculture extension workers as educators and communicators had an increasing effect on farmers' knowledge about SOPs for organic coffee cultivation. Simultaneously, the role of agricultural instructors affects farmers' knowledge about SOPs for organic coffee cultivation.

Meanwhile, loyalty is the fulfillment of consumer expectations that triggers them to remain loyal to the product. The study aims to analyze consumer satisfaction and loyalty. The measurement of consumer satisfaction involved 27 atributes, whilst consumer loyalty analysis including 4 variables. This study involved 100 respondents that were chosen through accidental sampling. The data were obtained through survey method using questionnaire and interview. The consumer satisfaction was measured using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods, while consumer loyalty was analyzed using linear regression. IPA analysis showed that nearly a half of atributes were located in Quadran II, meant those should be maintened and 10 atributes were in Quadran III, meant those were considered as lower priorities. CSI analysis resulted consumer analysis was on satisfied level (79,5%), mainly regarding on facillity and service provisions. Next, consumer satisfaction was determined simultaneously by product quality, price, promotion, and taste. Furthermore, product quality and taste contributed directly and indirectly (through costumer satisfaction) to costumer loyalty, while location and price only have indirect contribution (through satisfcation) to costumer loyalty.

Erwin Aditya Saputra Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang IndonesiaPemalang Regency is a region that has significant economic potential and pro-investment policies. This research aims to formulate strategic recommendations that can be executed by the regency to increase investment in the leading sectors of the regional economy. The research methods used mixed methods of quantitative and qualitative, with analysis techniques of Location Quotient (LQ), Shift-Share (SSA), Typology Klassen to assess the condition of the regional economic structure, and SWOT Analysis. The data used secondary data and others from Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The results showed that the sectors of agriculture, mining electricity procurement, trade, accommodation, financial services, and education are the basic sectors and fundamental sectors that require support and attention to increase regional economic growth. It is important to boost investment, recommendations for policy strategies that can be implemented by the Government of Pemalang Regency are progressive S-O (Strengths-Opportunities) strategies, which include: (1) Developing Innovation and Agrotechnology Centers through funding and support in research and innovation, (2) Promoting investment based on superior natural resource potential and a relatively low minimum wage, (3) Establishing Industrial Allotment Areas around the Pantura route in collaboration with investors, and (4) Engaging in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Cooperation for infrastructure development in Pemalang Regency.
