Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Rotasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Kompetensi sebagai Variabel Intervening

Abstract


ENGLISH

This research aims to analyze the effect of training and rotation on employee performance with competency as an intervening variable. This research data uses primary data which is collected in the form of a questionnaire. The sampling method used purposive sampling and a sample of 170 respondents was obtained. The data analysis in this research used a structural equation model. The results of this research state that training and rotation have a positive and significant effect on employee competency, rotation and competency have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while training has no significant effect on employee performance.

Tujuan Penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan rotasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kompetensi sebagi variabel intervening. Data penelitian berupa data primer yang diambil dengan alat bantukuesioner.  Sampel ditentukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 170 responden. Analisis data menggunakan  structural equation model. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan pelatihan dan rotasi  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi pegawai. Rotasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Adapun pelatihan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
